Remember the Alimony

Ingredients

• 1.25 oz Fino Sherry
• 1.25 oz Cynar
• .75 oz Gin
• Garnish: Orange Twist

Preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients except the orange twist in a rocks glass filled with one large piece of ice.
2. Stir until chilled, about 30 seconds.
3. Express an orange twist over the drink and drop into the glass.
