Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Punt e Mes
• 1 oz Absinthe
• Garnish: Lemon twist

Preparation

1. Rub the outside of the lemon twist on the inside rim of a coupe glass
2. Combine the cocktail ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice cubes, and stir with bar spoon until cold, about 10 to 15 seconds
3. Strain into the prepared coupe glass
